Basic yoga and meditation classes for beginners students or anyone who may wish to reconnect with the practice again. Creative sequences that cover breathing techniques, poses for flexibility as well as poses that help increase stability and strength.
Guided relaxation and meditation will help further integrate, focus and calm – and don’t we all need that right now?
These classes will run virtually the first three Saturdays of every month at 8:30 am. Discount for Primary PLUS patients.
