Yoga incorporates flexibility, mindfulness, breathing and strength – a lot of good things! This time each week is for us to come together for a 30 min practice. Some weeks will be live with an instructor like Cindy and some weeks we’ll follow an online video. Either way – we’re hitting the mat together and holding each other accountable.
