This yoga series will touch on the basic yoga poses and incorporate breathing techniques and meditation. This will be a gentle yoga flow class, focusing on establishing flexibility, strength, and balance. Modifications will be provided so any one can do it — you just have to show up and just have fun with it. The benefits of a yoga practice are many! Give it a try!
