Yoga Class (part of series)

This VIRTUAL yoga series will touch on the basic yoga poses and incorporate breathing techniques and meditation. 

This will be a gentle yoga flow class, focusing on establishing flexibility, strength, and balance. 

For purchasing tickets click here.   Once you’ve purchased tickets we will send you the Zoom link.

Modifications will be provided so any one can do it — you just have to show up and just have fun with it. The benefits of a yoga practice are many! Give it a try!
